PRESS ON NAILS 

 

How do I know the size I need? 

Take the guess work out of measuring and purchase our Sizing Kits to ensure the perfect fit. You can also send us a direct message on Instagram at @jhoneynails & I will size you myself! Simply send a picture of your hand next to a nickel & dime on a flat surface. You can refer to our Shape & Size Guide for more information.  

 

What nail glue do you recommend? 

We recommend a professional nail glue such as KDS Nail Glue, available on our website under ‘Extras’.

  

How long do the nails stay on? 

Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for a few days or even a few hours if you're wearing them for a special occasion. With nail glue, your nails can last up to 3 weeks (with proper nail prep & care).

I'm worried that my nails are going to pop off. Any tips on how I can avoid this? 

 Make sure to follow our Nail Prep instructions included with your order. This step is key to long wear. In addition, you can apply a Dehydrator and Primer for better adhesion. This is the same product nail techs use before gel or acrylic application so the product can adhere to your nails. We also recommend to not use your nails as tools! wear gloves when washing dishes, & don’t pick at or bite your nails.

  

Are the nails reusable? 

Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable. 
 
For those that prefer nail glue, I would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It'll gently buff away any built-up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears. 

  

Can you replace a lost nail?

What if the nails I purchased don't fit? 

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample packs available and a size guide to help you find the perfect fit.  

If the size is off on a nail or two, I suggest purchasing our Replacement nail option from our Extra's menu. 

  

Are the nails strong? 

Yes, we use the best nail tips available made from gel unlike regular plastic tips. and we use at least 6 coats of gel polish. Many of them also have a layer of hard gel which makes the nails hard yet flexible enough to fit comfortably on the nail.  

  

Do you offer custom designs? 

We do! 

I am happy to design any set you would like! So, if you don't see a design you are interested in or have a specific design idea not shown, contact me via IG @Jhoneynails. I will be more than happy to create a unique set for you! You can refer to our ‘Jhoney Custom Nail Set’ page for more.

  

Can I make changes to a design? 

Yes, made to order sets can be customized to your liking. If you prefer a different color, design, shape/length or finish simply fill out the contact form or you can send me a direct message on Instagram at @JhoneyNails.

How many nails come in each set? 

All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select.   

  

What comes with my nails? 

All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, buffer, 2 alcohol prep pads, glue, and application/ removal instructions.

How long will it take to ship my order? 

*Please note that this turnaround is for creation time/ when we ship your order after it’s been made. Not how long it'll take for delivery. How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the shipping fee you pay at checkout. First Class: 3-5 Business Days. Priority 1-3 Business Days. Priority Express: 1 Business Day.  

Ready To Ship Press On Nails: Ship within 2 business days. 

* Please note that if you purchase a made to order set along with a ready to ship item your order will NOT be shipped right away. I suggest ordering separately so you can receive your ready to ship nails quicker. 

Made To Order Press On Nails: Creation time can range from 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally? 

No, not at the moment.  

 

My package was sent back to you, can you resend it? 

Yes, of course! Simply fill out a contact form and will get back to you as soon as possible.All you would have to do is pay the Re-Shipping fee, so we can send it back out. 

  

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it.  (Also read below for lost or missing packages) 

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Jhoney Nails hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery.  Jhoney Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. 

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at 

http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

   

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges? 

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time, it takes to create your order.   

Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, email jessica@jhoneynails.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product). 

**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. 

Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
